1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at sandaveisa.com (the "Site") or any connected applications operated by Sanda Veisa (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and other individuals who access or use the Service, including any integrations with third-party platforms such as TikTok.

2. Description of Service

This Service provides a personal brand portfolio, a project estimation tool, and automated content publishing tools for social media platforms including TikTok. The Service is operated personally by Sanda Veisa, a freelance developer and content creator based in Riga, Latvia, European Union.

3. TikTok Integration & Content Posting API

This Service integrates with TikTok's developer platform via the following products and permissions:

  • Login Kit: Used to authenticate the account owner with TikTok. Only the account owner (Sanda Veisa) may authorise this application. No third-party user login is permitted.
  • Content Posting API: Used to upload and publish video content to the authenticated TikTok account. Content is published only to accounts explicitly authorised by the account owner.
  • user.info.basic scope: Retrieves basic profile information (display name, avatar, open ID) of the authenticated account for identification and logging purposes.
  • video.upload scope: Enables uploading video files to TikTok as drafts for review prior to publishing.
  • video.publish scope: Enables direct publishing of pre-approved video content to the authenticated TikTok profile.

All TikTok API usage is conducted in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. This integration is used exclusively for automated scheduling and publication of original video content created by Sanda Veisa.

4. Authorised Use

Access to TikTok-connected features of this Service is restricted exclusively to the authorised account owner. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access TikTok accounts that are not explicitly authorised.
  • Use this Service to publish content on behalf of third parties without their written consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Use this Service in any manner that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The visual design, code architecture, custom content, brand assets, and all original audio-visual works on this Site are the intellectual property of Sanda Veisa, unless otherwise stated. They may not be extracted, copied, reproduced, or redistributed without explicit written consent.

AI-generated music and visuals produced under the Sono Archive brand are subject to the licensing terms of the respective generation platforms (Suno, Google Flow). All creative direction, curation, and editorial decisions remain the intellectual work of Sanda Veisa.

6. Services & Estimates

Project estimates provided via the Estimator tool are preliminary, non-binding calculations intended for discussion purposes only. A formal written agreement will be presented and signed by both parties before any engineering, design, or development work commences.

7. Third-Party Services

This Service may integrate with or link to third-party services including but not limited to: TikTok (ByteDance Ltd.), Supabase, Vercel, Suno, and Google. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Sanda Veisa is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sanda Veisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
